The information provided does not concern other online websites, pages or services that can be accessed via hyperlinks on the above platform but relate to resources outside the CNR and ARIEL PLUS domain.
The protection of individuals about the processing of personal data by CNR is governed by Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Therefore, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through this platform relates exclusively to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the CNR and the ARIEL Innovation Community for small-scale fisheries and aquaculture operators or, in any case, to those connected to the exercise of the tasks of public interest and the exercise of public powers to which CNR is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.
These personal data are processed in a lawful, correct, pertinent manner, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case in compliance with the principles indicated in art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
Interested parties have the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment in accordance with the provisions of the art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679.
The interested party has the right to present his request to the Data Controller. Requests must be sent to: director@irbim.cnr.it .
The interested parties, if the conditions are met, are also recognized the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as supervisory authority.
